Friday Night Fights - every Friday at 7 with a bunch of killers

🎵 “A game of chess is like a swordfight. You must think first before you move” 🎵 We’re taking that literally and officially launching our Chessboxing Program at ITC New York! Every Wednesday night we’ll be alternating rounds of boxing sparring with blitz chess games with the ultimate goal of sending a competition team to bring home some gold.

No experience needed in chess or boxing required. We’ll build both (but at least learn how the pieces of move before you show up)

Our launch event is free for everyone and then we’ll have a monthly membership. For all current ITC students, this new program will remain free as part of your membership.

🚨 Big News 🚨 Jovan is officially stepping into the Assistant Coach role at ITC.

If you train at ITC, you already know all you need to know: he’s here every day and if you don’t see him that’s probably because he’s running over the bridge as a warmup before class. Jovan is ITC’s most prolific fighter and on top of all of that, he’s the most positive person you’ve ever met. Now he’s going to help impart the skills and knowledge he has onto the rest of the team 👊
