Dear NYC Public School Family,
If you haven’t filled out this year’s NYC School Survey yet, we have some good news. The deadline has been extended to April 20! Quality feedback from parents is so incredibly important for helping schools prepare for the next school year. Will you take a few moments to fill out the survey at NYCSchoolSurvey.org
This is one of the largest surveys in the country, and it is available in 10 languages. We want to hear from everybody—even if your child is about to graduate! Feedback from the parents of all grade levels will allow us to make improvements that benefit everyone.
The survey is available to take here.
If your child is in grades K–12, you will need your child’s nine-digit student identification number, or OSIS, to begin filling out your survey online. You can find the OSIS on your student’s report card, school ID card, or on their NYC Schools Account. Once on the survey page, you must enter “f”, followed by your child’s OSIS to access the survey. Note that the “f” must be lowercase
NYC School Survey Every year, all parents, teachers, students in grades 6-12 and select school support staff take the NYC School Survey to help school leaders understand what members of their school community think about the learning environment at their school.
