Attention business owners, 26/27 JBE Business Sponsor slots are open (and recently updated). We are a non profit that runs solely on donations from our community. Your sponsorship helps us reserve funds raised from our fundraisers for classroom/school resources while still providing family events and appreciation for staff and students. Every bit helps and in return we would love to advertise your business!

💎 Please note the diamond level currently has local Orthodontist, , secured for next year, but it is available for other sponsors in different fields other than Ortho. This level secures you are the only sponsor in your field and we will distribute flyers (provided by you) quarterly, in edition to the other perks.

If you would like to sponsor the JBE PTO next year, we have three opportunities:
1️⃣ You can donate up front, secure a leveled monthly spot and receive advertisement for your business all year long.

2️⃣ If up front sponsorship isn’t something you are interested in, you can commit to providing a meal for staff or sponsor a beverage truck next year. Your business will be advertised the week of the meal/beverage cart sponsorship.

3️⃣ Provide vouchers or gift cards for our monthly staff raffle and be advertised on social when those donations are used!

As May comes to a close and our board wraps up and reflects on our 2025/2026 year, we wanted to share our financial “year in review” and thank you all for supporting our events, staff and students in so many ways!

JBE PTO operates with transparency, so our community knows where the money they donate goes and also get to share in the excitement of the change we have made together. You can join our monthly meetings throughout the year (in person or virtual) or visit our linktree for all meeting minutes to see a detailed disclosure of funds. Attending meetings or reading through the minutes help give insight into the realtime differences your donations make and answer questions you may have.

This school year went so fast and was jam packed with so much fun (and a lot of planning & hard work). We added 3 new family events; pool party, family dance and art walk and we also continued our traditional events like Boo Bash, Donuts with Grownups, Lunch with a Loved One and our 6th Grade Luau. We hope to continue these events with your involvement next year! There will unfortunately be a change to Donuts with Grownups due to new state and federal nutritional guidelines PTOs are now being held to. We promise to still have an event focused on bringing the community together and supporting our amazing school library during the book fair, so stay tuned!

Thank you so much for your continued support this year! We had a blast supporting the students, staff and JBE community. It has been wonderful getting to know so many amazing JBE families and meeting new volunteers. Thanks to our community, we were able to fundraise for our new shade structure and more importantly make the staff and students feel appreciated all year long! To our board members moving on, Amy and Hope, thank you endlessly for your service to JBE PTO ❤️ The 26/27 board can’t wait for another exciting year ahead (after a bit of a break😉)! Last call for lost and found! All items are donated after today! You can find them up front with Ms. Carol!

Tomorrow, Thursday May 21 is the last day of school AND a half day! Dismissal is at 12:55!

6th Grade families: Important info! Starts at 12:35.

We would advise you get there at least 5 minutes prior and consider time for parking. Be aware that the clap out is right before dismissal for the whole school so please do not park in the bus loop or where you will be blocking any cars in. If you park in the north pickup loop, please be in your car by 12:55pm so there are no delays in dismissal.

When you get on campus, you will line BOTH sides of the office and long hallway in front of the cafeteria (leaving a walkway for 6th graders). The other hallways in the school will be lined with other grade levels.

6th grade students start the walk from the cafeteria and loop through the office to end in their classrooms. They will not be going down the hallway straight through the lion double doors by the office so it will be blocked off. If you line that hall, you will miss their walk. Instead line the office or turn left after the lion double doors and line all the way down.

After the clap out is over, you may grab your students from class and take them with you, unless they are going home a different way. Please keep the office clear after the clap out so Ms. Carol can tend to the phone and it’s clear for dismissal.
