This was our last official day as a staff for the 25/26 school year — and we took a moment to do what Casteel Junior High does best — celebrate, reflect, and pour love into the people who make this school what it is. 🐴❤️

This year we had to say goodbye to some truly incredible staff members who are moving on to their next chapter. Leaving is never easy, but we are SO excited for everything that awaits them. You will be missed more than words can say. 🥹✨

And a HUGE shoutout to Coach Houston for always bringing the laughs, the tears, and the most heartfelt speeches that remind us all exactly why we do this job. 👏😂💛

You walked these halls as 7th graders not too long ago, and look at the young men and women you’ve become. We are so incredibly proud of every single one of you. 💛

The high school is ready for you — but just know, you will ALWAYS have a home here at CCJHS. Once a C**t, always a C**t. 🐴💙

Our Track & Field athletes gave it everything they had this season and we are SO proud of every single one of them! 🏅 The dedication, the early mornings, and the hard work — it all showed. 💙💛

That’s a wrap on volleyball season, C**ts! 🏐💙

Our boys brought the energy, the hustle, and the heart all season long — and we couldn’t be more proud of everything they accomplished on the court. From the first serve to the last spike, they represented Casteel Junior High with everything they had. 🐴💛

Pep Assembly had ALL the energy - we celebrated our EVC Championship teams played games that had the whole gym going
CRAZY, and of course... the moment everyone waits for - the legendary teacher vs. student dance battle.
But the moment that hit the hardest? Clapping out our 8th graders for the very last time as Casteel Junior High C**ts.
You came in as 6th graders and look at you now. We are SO proud.
To every athlete, every performer, every student, and every teacher who made this year unforgettable — THANK YOU. This is what C**t Pride is all about.

The ELA department went ALL out for Rumble Day 2026! Students dressed up as their favorite characters from The Outsiders — Greasers, Socs, and everything in between — and the fits did NOT disappoint. goo
