Babes & Halfpints Childcare/Preschool We are an in home Childcare/Preschool program. We strongly encourage learning & play in a safe, & secure environment.

I have been providing care in my home for over 20 years. My goal as a child care provider is not only to provide a safe and secure learning and playful environment for children but also to provide security to the parents. I want the parent to be able to drop off their child with the comfort of knowing there child will be well taken care of. I want the parent to be able to focus on there job for the day knowing there child is secure and comfortable. My child care has three separate rooms, infant room, preschool room, and a toy room, all rooms have half walls none are enclosed by a door so we (the providers) can see into all three rooms at one time. We also have a large backyard with every small and large gross motor piece of equipment necessary for a child to develop. I also have an assistant, monthly newsletters, We follow a daily routine for all children. Circle time, ABC's, counting, music, laughing & learning is incorporated into each day. Currently we have openings for 12 months and older.

Outside Play = Learning! 🌞🌿

The kiddos ran, they jumped, & climbed up high,
Kiddos chased their friends beneath the sky.
Building muscles in every little hand. 🤚

They practiced sharing, taking turns,
Because through play, a little one learns.
Balance, teamwork, confidence too—
There’s so much outdoor play can do!

Building brains without hesitation. 🧠💪
And if they came inside with dirt from head to toe…
Well, that’s just proof they learned and grew! 😂

Dirty clothes can always be washed,
But childhood adventures are priceless. 💛

Today’s lesson: Play hard. Learn lots. Get dirty. Repeat! 🌳☀️🛝

Pajama time!! Colbie asked last week to have a pajama day! So we all dressed in Pj’s and had breakfast for lunch. I cooked up some tiny pancakes with chocolate chips 🥞, bacon 🥓, eggs 🥚, and apples 🍎. Afterwards they had delicious donuts!! Thank you Colbie for having a great idea and bringing the donuts!!
