Benjamin Franklin Charter School - Power Campus Benjamin Franklin Charter School is an academically focused educational program that stresses excellence with a well-rounded curriculum.

The program stresses excellence in mathematics, reading, writing, spelling, grammar, literature, history, and science, with enhancements in art, general music, band, orchestra, physical education and sports. By design, the Benjamin Franklin Charter School program provides a safe, structured, and friendly atmosphere where students can grow and excel academically. Our faculty and staff provide a professional, caring, and motivational environment for our students ensuring their success.

A big thank you to our BFHS Charger Cheer, Basketball and Girls Flag Football for joining us at this week’s flag ceremony! Our Panthers loved having you on campus and are excited for your upcoming Fall Break camps. Flyers were sent home with interested students and additional details can be found in our Panthers Newsletter. We can’t wait to see our Panthers join the fun!

We are so lucky to have Mrs. Brown as part of our 2nd grade team! Before becoming a teacher she was a recess aid, and her love for our school and community grew from there. Even more special, six of her own children have come through BfCS! She truly loves teaching and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her students!

Our students participated in Bus Evacuation Drills yesterday. They learned how to:

🚨 Stay calm and listen to the driver.
🚪 Use the nearest safe exit.
🎒 Leave your belongings behind.
🏃 Walk quickly—don’t push.
📍 Move away from the bus and stay together.

Now we’re ready for our upcoming field trips this school year!
