So I saved another creature today with the thought of 3.0’s new mascot!

It was a cricket in my donkey’s trough. This curious donkey had other intentions!! You can see how that turned out for the cricket! 😩🤮

Ok, ok, I’m totally kidding! I set the cricket on the ground and he got his life together. No cricket was harmed in this post! The second picture is not even the same donkey! lol! Just teasing!!!

Such a special birthday today for Ms. Madison! Looking at this video of you over the years is proof that you love children! Your face tells it all! I had a preschool dad text me to let me know that his girls were showing pigs at the Navajo County Fair last night. Of course Jake and I had to go! 🐷❤️

These sweet girls attended our school in our house roughly about 10 years ago! I got the privilege to care for them from the time they were 18 months old until preschool graduation. I couldn’t come up with pictures of them as my phone doesn’t go back 10 or more years. (Maybe mom or dad has some pics? Hint, hint)

Just a month ago, I got to watch my sweet niece show a cow 2,000 miles away in the state of New York. How cool is it that small-town America is alive and well all across the country? Different places, same traditions, same pride, and so many sweet memories being made. I love it and loved being able to watch this! 🇺🇸

To most people, this might look like a simple picture of two and three-year-olds standing in a line. But a teacher sees so much more here. ❤️

We see the patience, practice, reminders, cooperation, and trust it took to make this happen. We know how BIG this accomplishment really is for little ones who are still learning how to navigate their world.
Sometimes, the simplest moments are the biggest victories. 🥹✨

Mr. Jake was sent to OG tonight to bring bananas and check on our “farm.”

Milkshake decided to make it hard for Mr. Jake to find him. It was a game of hide and seek that Mr. Jake had no idea he was gonna play!
Thank goodness Mr. Jake is is pretty good at it!! Haha!!

Happy 25th Birthday to Aiden, our school’s best taste tester of our new recipes! ! 🎉❤️

25 years old… how did THAT happen?! I may not have gotten the privilege of being there for all 25 years, but I sure am grateful for every year I’ve gotten to love you, cheer you on, and be there with you for life’s moments.

You have grown into an amazing man, and watching you become the person you are today has been such a gift. (I’m personally loving our Sundays together right now.)
Being a “bonus mom” is one of those unexpected blessings life gives you, and I hit the jackpot with you! 🥰 I hope 25 brings you big adventures, lots of laughter, success, and just enough questionable decisions to keep life interesting. 😂
We love you Aiden! This was the building that was on the land before we built OG.
