Happy, happy birthday to Ms. Abbi!! Ms. Abbi has been so versatile and such a fantastic team player we have had her at every school! Where we needed her, she has gone! She is also the school jokster! She keeps things lively and fun! Happy birthday Ms. Abbi, we love you!

Assessments are over! We often get told: “My kiddo can count higher than that.” Or, “My child knows all their colors and shapes but you didn’t give them credit for it on the assessment.”

You’re right! Your kiddo might know more than what they told us, that day. Sometimes kiddos don’t perform exactly as we want them to…especially when we ask them to do a task! (Insert the task of picking up their toys!) 😳

In order to be absolutely certain that your kiddo is kindergarten ready, we need to make sure that every child knows all the skills without hesitation. That’s why we are very particular about marking skills off the sheet. Once your kiddo knows that skill, we move on! It’s important we don’t miss anything. I hope you appreciate us being thorough! 🎯
