Before streaming and digital downloads, the humble cassette tape was our ticket to endless musical adventures. Whether making the ultimate mixtape or curating the perfect road trip soundtrack, those little plastic wonders had it all.

On February 19, 1971, Paul McCartney released his debut single as a solo artist, "Another Day." The song was released through Apple Records and became a hit, reaching the top of the charts in Spain, Ireland, and Australia, while peaking at No. 2 in the UK and No1. 5 in the US.

"Another Day" showcased McCartney's songwriting talent and marked the beginning of his successful solo career after the breakup of The Beatles.
