On Saturday Queen Creek Adult Education volunteers Tim and Stephanie Siemens were presented with the Volunteers of the Year Award by the Arizona Association for Lifelong Learning. We feel so fortunate to have their continued support and are pleased AALL recognized their commitment to our students.

Family Resource Center staff and members of the KIWANIS Club of Queen Creek were at the Queen Creek Founder’s Day!

QC Adult Education’s Integrated Education and Training courses were recognized at the 2026 Arizona Adult Education state conference. Our IET Coordinator, Shelly Rud, is largely responsible for this recognition. She is instrumental in designing and implementing these classes at our program day in and day out.

The Queen Creek Adult Education staff attended the Arizona Adult Education Institute the past few days. This event brings together adult education professionals to engage in networking, collaboration, and professional learning, and build lasting partnerships to strengthen the adult education system and support adult learners throughout Arizona.
