Every lesson asks your brain to listen, remember, coordinate, problem-solve, focus, and adapt ā€” sometimes all at the same time.

Reading music. Keeping rhythm. Remembering notes. Coordinating both hands.

Recovering when something doesnā€™t go as planned. Trying again.

Thatā€™s a LOT of mental energy. And thatā€™s exactly why music is so powerful.
