🎓✏️LifeSpan staff attended a professional development day with Patty Kent from Child Development Specialties✏️🎓 We learned about 🌍Cultural Responses in Childcare and Cooking with Children 🍪 Lots of learning and brain power 🧠

📣Some very special staff were recognized for their years of service with LifeSpan- this group has dedicated over 246 years in total!! 📣 Help us in congratulating them 👏🏼

QT Campers went “backpacking” for last weeks studies and traveled to places like Italy & France where they discovered a French game; making bilboquets, which is a handheld toy using a cup and ball attached with string. In Italy friends engineered the most amazing gondolas and some even tested their strength adding rocks to determine durability! 🎒✈️ 🇫🇷 🇮🇹 🛶

As we started our last we of camp we will enjoy our days together to cherish the moments with friends from other schools, school districts, our camp teachers and the friendships we’ve built together this summer! Our last day at camp is Thursday August 27th! ☀️🕶️

Thank you families for an awesome summer!! Thank you to our wonderful camp staff, for the energy, patience & care you put in each day to make the summers special for your kids! We can’t wait to welcome our families back next year!

We have some new visitors checking out our Quakertown location this evening!

A few friendly reminders to all as the start of the new school year is right around the corner…

🚗 Slow Down & Stay Alert — Drive slowly through the parking lot and watch carefully for children, families, animal friends, and other vehicles.

🤝 Hold Your Child’s Hand — Always hold your child’s hand from the car to the school entrance. Young children can move quickly and may be difficult for drivers to see.

🚙 Use Designated Drop-Off Areas — Park only in designated spaces and avoid stopping in fire lanes, or blocking traffic. Leave the handicap spaces available for those in need. Never allow your child to walk through the parking lot alone.
