While school may be out for the summer, QCSD leaders are still hard at work, preparing for the 2026-2027 school year.
This week, building principals, assistant principals, and district administrators worked together to strengthen our school systems, strengthen consistency across the district, and improve the overall educational experience for our students and staff. These sessions were designed to uncover how we can better support teacher and student success while also creating a positive learning environment.
But it wasn’t all work! During lunch, participants were treated to yard games and grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, served up by Interim Superintendent Dr. Lisa Hoffman and Director of Facilities Rob Christine. The weather was perfect for a well-deserved break before returning to their planning sessions.
Thank you to our leadership for continually improving and collaborating to benefit our students. Your dedication over these summer months is a true testament to your dedication to the Quakertown Community School District.
We can’t wait for the year ahead!

On Monday, June 8, Quakertown Community High School celebrated the Class of 2026 during its commencement ceremony at Alumni Field. With the help of our local police and fire department, a portion of Park Avenue was closed to welcome administrators, teachers, and students for their iconic two-block walk from the High School to the stadium. Family members and friends cheered as students processed into Alumni Field and took their seats for this momentous occasion.

It is with gratitude and joy that we wish all our retirees a beautiful next chapter. We cannot thank you enough for your dedication, and although you are retiring, your legacy and impact will be felt for years to come.
We had a chance to invite our principals to share their thoughts and appreciation, as well as visit some of our retirees in the classroom, to show our appreciation. Click here to read more about our 2026 retirees:
