We’re excited to welcome our Richland Elementary families for an evening to connect, learn, and get ready for another fantastic school year!

Happy Back-to-School Week, Richland Panthers!

Yesterday was filled with excitement for the First Day of School. Superintendent Dr. Hoffman and Principal Dr. Zuerblis visited classrooms and helped students feel right at home on their first day.

While we were able to capture a few smiles throughout the morning, we know our Richland families captured some special First Day of School moments, too!

Our youngest Panthers will have the opportunity to:
Meet our amazing teachers and staff, including Principal Dr. Zuerblis, get a sneak peek at their classrooms, and take a practice bus ride to help prepare for the first day of school and future field trips!

We’re excited to welcome our newest students and families and help make the transition to kindergarten a fun and exciting one! 💙

Greetings QCSD Families:

The first day of school is quickly approaching! With a new school year comes updated contact information—families move, phone numbers change, and new email addresses are created. To ensure we have the most current information to connect with our families, we ask parents and guardians to check their email for the Returning Student Registration letter for each student attending QCSD for the 2026–2027 school year and complete the online registration form.

Mark Your Calendars, Richland Leaders—it's almost "Back to School" time, and we have lots of events to welcome you back!

Kindergarten Families: We have two events for you! The first is an informal "Welcome Visit" to give your little one a first look before Kindergarten Orientation. We welcome families on August 17th from 9am to 2pm. Please click below to sign up and learn more:

Kindergarten Orientation will be held Thursday, August 20th at 1pm to 2:30pm. Incoming students and families will have the opportunity to meet their teachers and explore their new school.

Back to School Open House is happening on Tuesday, August 25th from 3:15pm - 4:15pm for Grades 1-5! Meet your new teachers, visit your classrooms, and drop off school supplies before the big first day on August 31st!

And finally, Back to School Night is taking place on Thursday, September 17th from 6pm to 7pm for families in grades 1-5!

We can't wait to see you and start the new school year!
