When Dr. Zuerblis makes a promise, she keeps it!

At our final Leadership Assembly of the school year, Dr. Zuerblis and six brave Richland staff members—Mrs. Elmore, Mrs. Brozenske, Mrs. Casale, Mr. Elliott, Mrs. Wiater, and Mr. Masko—made good on their promise to be slimed if Richland reached its fundraising goal…and Richland students delivered!

What followed was a memorable, slime-filled celebration that had students cheering and staff getting covered from head to toe.

A huge thank you to our incredible Richland PTO for making this event possible. Their hard work, dedication, and support help create so many special experiences for our students throughout the year. Thank you also to our staff, families, and students for making this fundraiser such a success.

There was plenty of slime to go around—and plenty of smiles, too!

This week, our graduating seniors returned to where their educational journey began at Richland Elementary School. As they walked the halls, they were greeted with cheers, applause, and high-fives from current students celebrating their upcoming graduation.

During their visit, seniors had the opportunity to reconnect with former teachers, look through class photos from their elementary school days, and reflect on how far they have come. For some, the celebration was even more special as they reunited with younger siblings currently attending Richland—some seniors proudly giving their siblings piggyback rides through the halls as they shared this memorable milestone together.

It was a joyful morning filled with smiles, memories, and school pride as Richland welcomed back its former students to celebrate their accomplishments and wish them well on the next chapter of their journey.

On May 18th, the halls of Richland Elementary School became a vibrant art gallery, filled with presentations focused on students’ areas of expertise and interest. Thank you to Mrs. Robison for all of your hard work—she transformed student artwork from throughout the year into amazing displays across Richland, showcasing each class’s creativity and accomplishments.

Along the way, students and parents viewed fair project displays such as:
Space
The Art of Dance
Asphalt Rollers
Strawberry Life Cycle
The Invisible World of Bacteria
What Is Diabetes?
Seahorses
Aviation
The World of Barbie
The Human Body
Golden Retrievers
How to Make Electricity from Fruits and Vegetables

It was truly amazing to see students so excited to share their work with their families and to witness how impressive our young artists and experts are at Richland.

Congratulations to all of our Richland Panthers on a job well done!
