DeSales University is preparing to launch a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management in Fall 2026. Administered through the Waterbury Reilly School of Business, the program blends on-campus business coursework with hands-on flight and aviation operations courses through Penn Flight Academy at Quakertown Airport, approximately 15 minutes from DeSales. Students can pursue two tracks, Commercial Pilot or Flight Instructor, aligned with FAA standards. Flight training begins in the first semester, with small classes, dedicated faculty, and personalized career guidance. The B.S. in Aviation Management is expected to be the only aviation management bachelor’s degree in the Lehigh Valley that pairs flight certification with comprehensive business coursework on a residential campus.
