English Made EZ I have been an ESL teacher for 20 yrs. Soon I will offer Conversational English classes online. Topics vary, and I will include vocabulary & grammar

Classes cover listening, speaking, reading & writing, Most students are from Asian countries. As we move along, I may offer other English classes I have taught in the past including language arts, TOEFL and SAT prep and ESL American History.

If you have a union where you work, apparently you have rights. I have never worked for a company that did not pay me well, provide excellent health care and other benefits, regular raises, bonuses and overall, respect and appreciation. So imagine my surprise when I found there are terrible companies out there that don't take care of their good employees and treat them badly. It's hard to know at first because the management team for the most part is nice and personable to you. It probably doesn't help that I have as many degrees as most of them if not more. I work at Sound Community Services as a Residential Recovery Specialist. I take my job seriously and never wanted to "move up" just like other places I've worked. I am there for a reason. Anyway. Things are not great. And like my dad decades ago, I too, will walk the picket line protesting for my rights as he did for his right to support his family of 8. I walked with him. I feel like he is walking with me too. Wish us luck.
