No experience is necessary—we will support you every step of the way.

Help Shape the Future of Ballou JH PTSA!

A strong PTSA depends on the support and involvement of parents, staff, and community members. We are seeking volunteers to fill leadership positions for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year.

Required to Maintain an Active PTSA

👥 President
Provides leadership for the PTSA, leads meetings, works with school administration, and oversees annual programs and activities.

🤝 Vice President
Supports the President, assists board members and committees, and serves in the President's role when needed.

💰 Treasurer
Manages PTSA finances, budgeting, deposits, reimbursements, financial reporting, and required filings.

📝 Secretary
Records meeting minutes, maintains official records, and manages PTSA correspondence.

ALSO SEEKING APPOINTED POSITIONS

📚 Membership Chair
Promotes membership, coordinates membership campaigns, maintains records, and helps grow PTSA membership.

🎉 Fundraising Chair
Plans fundraisers, restaurant nights, and other activities that help the PTSA meet its financial goals.

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY- We will provide guidance, resources, and support.
