Sheeba is the CEO and Founder of Defining Moments 365, a coaching consultancy focused on leadership training and development. With over two decades of experience, she has been recognized as a Top Leadership Trainer and is a member of both the Forbes Coaches Council and the Harvard Business Review Council. Her work has empowered leaders and teams across industries—including law, technology, education, healthcare, and financial services—to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and ease. Beyond her professional career, Sheeba’s personal journey has also been shaped by defining moments that have inspired her to write. She is the author of three books, each reflecting a different aspect of her life, yet all woven together by her deep and enduring faith in God.

So deeply thankful for the intimate time of fellowship, connection, and simple joy we shared at Treasures Around the Table this weekend.

Grateful to Danielle Barnard for hosting such a beautiful and sacred space. Our conversations flowed from Deposits from the Deep — and what unfolded around the table was exactly that: heartfelt sharing, tears, healing, laughter, and honest moments that reached far beneath the surface.

These gatherings remind me how powerful it is to sit together, open our hearts, and allow what’s deep within to be seen, heard, and healed.

I am forever thankful to the Lord for what He has been unfolding with this book. To Him be the glory. I look forward to the next event in 2026.
