Last week our Owls from the WRAP program soared to new heights literally and figuratively. We were thrilled to witness our incredible students unlocking their full potential like the wind! Outstanding achievement at the Gordon Golliet track meet!

We're thrilled to welcome our first-ever high school graduates to the celebration! If you were part of the 19/20 school year at Dessie, please share your seniors' photos with us! That was a uniquely challenging time, but we're filled with pride as we look forward to honoring your achievements on Friday when you walk our halls, showcasing the resilience that defines our owl community. Congratulations, graduates!

The 5th and 6th grade track team embarked on a triumphant journey this past Tuesday, determined to reign supreme on the hill! We're eagerly anticipating the outstanding results we know they'll achieve! We're beaming with pride over our owls' unwavering dedication, and extending immense gratitude to the exceptional Coaches Cairo and Toxcoyoa! ❤️

A-Z Countdown P for Picnic!!! Kindergarten and 1st grade dual language students shone bright with their incredible turnout, and families thoroughly enjoyed themselves, embracing the joy of community building.

Yesterday was a magnificently royal day in Kindergarten! Little leaders strutted our halls shining like stars! The kinder teachers were even more divinely delightful as they joined the victorious ranks. We proudly present to you The Truly Exceptional Kindergarten Court!

On Tuesday, our talented students shone brightly in the honor choir,band and orchestra concert, and yesterday we were thrilled to experience PSD's Pans Of Steel exceptional talents! We also had the junior owl choir performance! Thank you to Miss Watkins and Mr.Hernandez for your leadership to these students. The arts play a profoundly important role in shaping students' lives, and we couldn't be prouder of every single student involved, with extra special pride for those who called Dessie Evans their beloved forever elementary school.
