🏀 We’re looking for some amazing volunteers to help make Putnam Middle School PTO history! 🏀

This October, PMS PTO is bringing the Harlem Wizards to Putnam Middle School for the very first time since our organization's formation 🎉

This isn’t just another fundraiser—it’s expected to be our biggest event of the year, bringing together students, families, teachers, staff, and our entire community for an unforgettable night of basketball, laughs, and fun. Every dollar raised helps support the programs, activities, staff appreciation, student events, and opportunities that PMS PTO provides throughout the school year.

To make an event of this size successful, we need a small team of enthusiastic volunteers to help us behind the scenes.

Whether you enjoy planning, organizing, promoting events, or simply want to make a difference for our students, we’d love to have you involved. Some ways you can help include:
🏀 Event planning
đź“Ł Recruiting staff and community members to participate
🏫 Coordinating school assemblies
📱 Helping with flyers, social media, QR codes, and community outreach

You don’t need experience, and you don’t need a huge time commitment—just a willingness to help make something special happen.

If you’ve ever thought about getting more involved with PTO, this is the perfect opportunity! If you aren't interested in joining the committee but still want to help out at the event, no problem! We will be recruiting volunteers to help with concessions, souvenirs, etc. once the school year starts.
