I share a lot of the little ones here, but they’re only one part of what I get to do.

Some of my favorite musical moments happen in Assisted Living and Memory Care — singing songs that bring back memories, spark a smile, get a foot tapping… or sometimes get the whole room singing along. 🥰

🎶 MADE FOR MUSIC is back for an encore! 🎶

Next up in the spotlight… my Musical Move & Groove Paddles! ✨

What started as a few colorful shapes got a little Ms. MarLana treatment — music doodles, ribbons, LOTS of color… and suddenly we had a brand-new way to move to the beat! 💃🎵

We tap them, wave them, follow rhythms, copy patterns, move them high and low — and of course, those ribbons make every movement just a little more fun. 🌈

Because sometimes all it takes is a simple idea, a little imagination and a few musical notes to turn an ordinary object into something completely new. ❤️

🎶✨ A little something NEW is joining the Lend Me Your Ears playlist…

Introducing:
“MADE FOR MUSIC”- Small Creations~ BIG Imaginations!! 🎨🎵

After years of teaching little musicians, I’ve accumulated quite the repertoire of HOMEMADE props, crafty creations and slightly crazy ideas that somehow find their way into my music bag. 😂

So I decided it’s time to give some of them their own solo! 🎤

So I’ll be putting some of my creations center stage and sharing a little peek at the things that help my little friends and I play, move, imagine and make some musical magic in class.

And kicking off our very first set… 🥁🥁🥁

Hand-painted, one of a kind, and ready for tossing, balancing, bouncing, blasting off—and whatever else happens to come to mind. 😂
