Lindsay Robertson never envisioned herself as a head coach. But in Robertson's first full year as Purvis' coach, she led the program to its first-ever appearance in the state championship, which led to her being named the Pine Belt Sports Area Softball Coach of the Year.

Class of 2026 and 2027!

We would love to see PHS represented in Crown Club, a project of the Junior Auxiliary of Hattiesburg! The local chapter members oversee all aspects of Crown Club in the mentorship capacity. They mentor young women entering the 10th through 12th grade. The mission is to help these women grow through community service. The Crown Club helps to promote leadership in our youth and instills a desire and dedication to their community and volunteering. The club fosters interest among its members in the social, economic, educational, civic, and cultural conditions around them. Your students will see firsthand how fortunate they are and how they can give back to their community.

We are in need of some volunteers for a high school reality fair tentatively set for April 10th at Purvis High School. Car salesmen, insurance agents, and retail sales people.
