ANNVILLE, Pa. – Following one of the best 5K times of her career this weekend, sophomore Katie DiCola of the Manhattanville College women's cross country team was honored as the Middle Atlantic Conference Women's Runner of the Week for the first time in her career, the conference office announced on Monday afternoon.

The first (probably annual) Athletics Staff maintenance day resulted in a newly mulched turf field and area outside Kennedy, and a new paint job for the lower lobby. Not bad for a day's work!

Thanks to Dale, Gregg, Keith, Pat, Ryder, Owen, Megan, Scotty Mac, Arlen, Michelle, Cam and Katie for helping out today!
