Charles Smith, Patrick Ewing, and Charles Oakley at the Knicks’ training facility at SUNY Purchase, February 10, 1994 📸🧡💙

Did you know?: Purchase College athletics is the former training facility of the NBA’s New York Knicks. The Knicks practiced at Purchase for over 10 years, culminating with the 2001 season. Some of the Knicks greatest players and coaches, from Patrick Ewing to Jeff Van Gundy, called Purchase home for their entire Knick careers, when the team wasn’t at Madison Square Garden. The Knicks last two NBA Finals appearances – 1994 and 1999 – came during the team’s time at Purchase.
