Jen joined the 350 Check-In Club! 🎉 That's 350 times of putting in the work, chasing progress, and encouraging others along the way. Thanks for being an amazing part of the EVCF fam!! 🦅

When we asked Jen what she's most proud of since joining EVCF, she said, "I'm most proud of developing a genuine love of CrossFit as well as being fit and strong enough to try other things like running and Hyrox. I feel much stronger overall and absolutely love the community ❤️❤️❤️" 🫶

When we asked Erin what she's most proud of since joining EVCF, she said, "I'm most proud of how much stronger I’ve become, both physically and mentally. CrossFit has taught me that I can do hard things, even when I don’t feel my best. I’ve kept showing up, challenging myself, and doing things I never thought I’d be capable of. 😀" ❤️💪👏

Congrats to Marielle on 5️⃣0️⃣ check ins at EVCF! 🦅

Marielle is one of our CrossFit Kids graduates who has officially graduated into group fitness - and she is absolutely crushing it! She’s strong, works hard, and brings great energy to every class.

She’s incredibly mature for her age, but she definitely knows how to have a good time too! 😆 Marielle always comes ready with some great banter and a quick comeback. We have to wonder where she gets that from... Mom and Dad, perhaps? 😂

When we asked Marielle what her favorite thing about Eagle View is, she said "Learning to handstand!" 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Watching her grow from CrossFit Kids into the athlete she is today has been so much fun. We’re proud of the strength, confidence, and work ethic she brings to the gym, and we’re so glad she’s part of the Eagle View crew! 💛🔥👏

Congrats to Lindsay on 5️⃣0️⃣ check ins at EVCF! 🦅 (She's actually creeping up on 100 shortly! 😲)

Lindsay brings the fun, the s***k, and the energy every time she walks through the door! Her laugh is absolutely contagious - when Lindsay starts laughing, you can't help but laugh right along with her. 😂

She's always got a joke ready to go (and somehow, the coaches seem to be the usual target 😆), and she has a way of making every class a little more fun. Lindsay is always willing to push herself and encourage those around her! Her personality and positive energy are a huge part of what makes her such a joy to have around.

When we asked Lindsay what her favorite thing about Eagle View is, she said "On a whim, I took a few classes with my daughter, who started CrossFit for training during the winter. What I found at Eagle View is a wonderful community and coaches I never expected to enjoy as much as I do! Everyone who walks through the door is positive and welcoming, and I love the relationships I’ve built here.
There’s something really motivating about being surrounded by people who are all working toward their own goals while cheering each other on. It makes showing up and focusing on my health something I genuinely enjoy, and I can’t imagine not having it as part of my routine. I also REALLY love that I've outlasted my 13 year old, and now beat her scores when she comes to the gym with me! 😁💪"

Outside the gym, Lindsay is an amazing mom who puts her heart into her family. We're so grateful for the laughter, energy, and personality she brings to Eagle View. We love having you here, Lindsay! 💛💪

Jordan is a true Eagle View staple. She is incredibly consistent, always brings great energy, and somehow manages to turn just about any moment into a good conversation. Want to chat? Jordan is your girl. Any time, any topic. 😂 Her banter is top-tier, and her energy is contagious.

She's also an absolute beast with the Olympic lifts. Her barbell movements are smooth, efficient, and seriously impressive. And then there's the burpees… Being closer to the ground has its advantages, folks. 😂 We call that efficiency.

Jordan said her life has been changed by Eagle View because "EVCF has changed my life outside of the gym by giving me genuine friendships with people I can truly count on. I’ve found a community of people who are always there to support me, challenge me, and show up when life gets hard." 🥹💯

That consistency and dedication have led to something special...

Big congratulations to Coach Gwen on earning her CrossFit Level 2 certification! 🦅💪

Gwen has already been such a valuable part of the Eagle View community, and we’re pumped to see her take the next step in her coaching journey. She’s put in the work, continued learning, and now she’s ready to start putting that knowledge into practice with our athletes.

Cherie is one of those quiet bright lights that makes Eagle View a better place. She may not be the loudest person in the room, but the moment you’re talking with her, her kindness, warmth, and joy shine through. She brings something special to every conversation she’s part of.

She’s incredibly consistent and hardworking. Cherie puts a strong emphasis on moving well and getting the details right, always prioritizing good form and quality movement. She shows up, puts in the work, and continues to make progress one workout at a time.

When we asked Cherie what her favorite thing about Eagle View is, she said "My favorite part of being part of Eagle View is the variety of fitness levels and knowing that every class incorporates mobility, strength and conditioning. All of the coaches are great and the community is welcoming to new members." 🥹❤️💯
