Take your taste buds on a trip around the world! Join us for cooking demonstrations featuring delicious dishes from a variety of cultures and ethnic traditions. Participants will have the opportunity to sample the featured foods and experience flavors from around the globe. It's a fun and tasty way to celebrate diversity through food!

Join us for the Strawberry Water Bath Class on July 17, 2026, from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm. Learn the proper techniques to preserve strawberries. Each participant will take home a jar of strawberries. It will be at the McClain County Extension Office, 1721 Hardcastle Blvd., Purcell, OK 73080. Space is limited, call 405-527-2174 to register by July 15th.

Register now for a Pressure Canning Class June 9th, 2026 from 1:00pm-4:00pm. Located at the McClain County Extension Office, 1721 Hardcastle Blvd, Purcell. Learn proper techniques of pressure canning and preserving vegetables. Participants will take home a pint of pressured canned vegetables. Space is limited, call by June 8th at 405-527-2174 to reserve your spot.

McClain County Cattlemen's Association presents: Bull Management & Calving, April 23rd at 6:30pm in the McClain County Farm and Home Building. The speaker will be Dr. Barry Whitworth, OSU Extension Area Frood and Animal Quality Health Specialist. Meal is provided by Crossroads Farm & Garden.
