What a fantastic way to wrap up the school year!

Our Tattoo a Teacher fundraiser was a success, and on the last day of school our participating teachers and staff officially became walking masterpieces for all of PGMS to see.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our volunteers, including our student volunteers from Charlotte High School and Florida Southwestern State College, staff, families, and supporters who helped make our end-of-year celebrations a success. From our staff cookout complete with sno cones to watching our teachers walk around with their fresh ink, it was a fun-filled day and a great way to celebrate an amazing school year.

Every successful cookout needs a grill master, and ours was Storm Litzler. From the first burger to the last hot dog, he kept the food coming and helped make the day special for our staff. Thank you, Storm!

Our Tattoo a Teacher fundraiser is in full swing, and on the last day of school, participating teachers & staff will officially become WALKING MASTERPIECES.

Students can purchase temporary tattoos for participating staff. Don’t forget, the teacher/staff member with the MOST tattoos wins a prize!

Honestly… what better way to celebrate surviving a full year of middle school than sending your favorite teacher into summer covered in questionable temporary ink?

Order forms + cash are due by Thursday, May 28!

➡️ Students can turn in their order forms to any teachers.

↪️ Teachers: PTO will be out and about this week collecting order forms!

Mrs. Sanford has been serving in an interim leadership role, where she has provided steady direction and continued to advance the school’s focus on academic growth, strong instruction, and support for students and staff. That leadership has helped sustain momentum across campus.

Families interested in learning more about PGMS will have opportunities to tour the campus throughout the summer.

Our annual All Complete Retreat is Friday, May 29, and we need parent volunteers to help make this end-of-year celebration a success!

Volunteer opportunities begin as early as 10:00 AM to assist with our staff cookout lunch, with additional help needed throughout the afternoon for student activities through approximately 4:10 PM.

☀️ WHAT A SUNSATIONAL WEEK! ☀️

Last week, PGMS PTO had the absolute pleasure of celebrating our incredible teachers and staff during Staff Appreciation Week! 💙❤️🦅

From bagels and breakfast treats on Monday, to a festive Taco Tuesday, a loaded baked potato bar, a beachy barbecue lunch, and finishing the week with pizza, banana splits, and sweet surprises. We loved every opportunity to show our staff just how appreciated they are.

We also added some extra fun throughout the week with daily surprise gift drawings and even a little “lost amigo eagle” scavenger hunt that brought plenty of laughs! 🦅🎉
