It was a special day for our 8th graders on the Student Leadership Team as they welcomed the newest Eagle Leaders! Students interested in being a part of this year long elective course had to apply. The process to be selected was a blind application process carried out by our present Student Leadership Class and Adult Lighthouse Advisors. Please welcome our ‘26-‘27 members and a few that are coming back for another year!

The last day is finally here! Our students have their final exam for period 7 tomorrow and any students needing to make up exams from earlier in the week will have the opportunity. We will then spend the afternoon celebrating students and their hard work this school year.
Students will rotate throughout the afternoon between a pep rally in the gymnasium, field games, and PTO crafts/activities and BINGO in the cafeteria.
The firetruck spray down will wrap up the day, so students wanting to participate should bring a change of clothes and towel.
Lastly, concessions and Kona Ice will be for sale, and students wishing to skip the line can prepay for Kona by 9:30am with the link below:

Back in March, our PGMS students learned how to honor and properly fold the American flag in their Civics classes. Recognizing their dedication, Mrs. Moon teamed up with Mr. Pavluchuk to create an official student flag detail.
Now, every single morning and afternoon, these responsible students are in charge of raising and lowering our school's flag. They take great pride in handling it with the utmost respect and folding it with honor.
A huge shoutout to our school Guardian, Mr. Crowell, who helps guide the students and ensures proper flag etiquette is always followed.
We love seeing our students step up, take leadership, and show such incredible respect for our country and school community.
In honor of all military personnel who have fallen in duty, we hope you enjoy your Memorial Day weekend.
