New class times are here! Starting next week (8/17)

We're adding some class times to give our members more opportunity to train.

Whether you're brand new, working toward your next belt, or just want more time on the mat, there's something for you.

New Classes/Updates:
Adult Open Mat - Also on Saturday Morning at 10a!
BJJ 101 - Monday thru Friday at 5pm
Kid's StrikeFit - 11am Classes on M/W/F, 6pm T/TH

More training, faster improvement, better results. See you on the mats!
