How many of you remember Peter Wolf Toth carving the big wooden statue in 1974 in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn? Today is CALOSTIMUCU WHISPERING GIANT DAY! The 50th Anniversary Celebration will be from 1p to 3p at the statue located just north of Shorty's. The artist Peter Wolf Toth will be there to speak about the statue and answer your questions. I hope to see my local classmates there and any of your friends ESPECIALLY IF YOU WERE THERE when he carved the statue 50 years ago. - Charlie Noble

We are sad to hear that Eddy Kuala passed on last Christmas Eve following a sudden heart attack. Eddy is survived by his sister Sherry Ann Kuala, nieces and nephews. A service celebrating Eddy's life will be held at a later date. Friends may visit online at www.robersonfh.com to extend condolences to the family. Fly high Eddy!

Funeral services for Jackie will be this Saturday July 20, 11:30am at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church Tampa.

It saddens me to inform you we lost another great classmate. Today we shed a tear for Jackie Hearns, a big man with an even bigger smile and heart. Jackie, we will think about you as we know you are looking down upon us. God bless you.

We are saddened to report that our classmate John Lucas passed away on January 25, 2024. John lived in Tallahassee.
