More than a spirit shirt 🇺🇸

This year, Babcock Schools is proud to launch R.E.D. (Remember Everyone Deployed) Fridays as we work toward becoming a Florida Purple Star School of Distinction, honoring military-connected students, families, veterans, and those currently serving.

This project was truly a community effort. The artwork was created by our middle and high school student artists, with the winning design selected by the Babcock Ranch American Legion.

A portion of every shirt sold will be donated back to the Legion, supporting the men and women who have served our country.

Students (K-12), staff, families, and community members are all invited to participate. Students may wear this shirt to school on Fridays as an approved spirit shirt.

The Common App opened on August 1st, which means the college application journey has officially begun for the Class of 2027!

Take time to explore your college options, understand admission deadlines, and create your Common App account early. As you work through the process, remember to select Mrs. Woods as your counselor so your application materials can be submitted without delays.

Remember, this is your application. We encourage every Senior to ask questions, seek guidance, and advocate for themselves throughout the college application process.

This is what Project Based Learning looks like 🙌

From building solar-powered classrooms and 3D-printed prosthetics for amputees to designing renewable energy solutions and electric vehicles, our students won't just be learning about the future, they'll be helping create it.

We can't wait to see the vision of Mr. Copes and Mr. Webb come to life at Babcock High School alongside our K-12 STEM Director and Middle School teacher, Mrs. McLain.

BABCOCK RANCH — Babcock Ranch is bringing nationally recognized STEM educators Brian Copes and Jerry Webb to Babcock Schools, the school announced this week.
