We are excited to introduce to you a new member of our survey team! Charles (he/him) is joining as our graphic designer. Stay tuned for more information about the WA LGBTQ+ Survey as we prepare to share our report with you in June! [break] Charles is the graphic designer for the WA LGBTQ+ Survey. As a recent transplant from Chicago, IL to Seattle, WA, he looks forward to becoming more involved in the local LGBTQ+ community and using his design skills to highlight the stories and experiences within the community. In his free time, Charles enjoys hiking, gaming, side quests, and music.

👋 Hello again from the WA LGBTQ+ Survey team! Here’s us working together with the WSU Social and Economic Sciences Research Center as we review all of your helpful responses to the open-ended survey questions, including:

- The top three things you like about living in Washington state

- How our state government can help the LGBTQ+ community

- Your experiences being part of the WA LGBTQ+ community

The WA LGBTQ+ Survey is closing on January 31st! Every voice counts, and our research team is working hard to get the word out before the end of the month.

✨📚Join us on Saturday, January 11th from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Spokane Public Library's Central Location in Central Events Room A for an information session about the WA LGBTQ+ Survey! 📚✨ Whether you want to learn more about the survey, complete it in a quiet environment, or want to come together in q***r community, we would love to see you!

Our team members will present how the survey will help shape future state policies, and event attendees will have opportunities to complete the survey. We will be happy to answer any questions you have!

This event is free to the public. Youth ages 11-17 are welcome to participate but need parent/guardian permission to take the survey. Don't miss this opportunity to make a difference and ensure every voice is heard!
