Congrats to our outgoing fifth graders. We had such a fun time celebrating their time at Franklin coming to an end. Once a Fox ALWAYS A Fox! Lincoln Middle School is getting an amazing group of kids.

We did it Franklin Foxes! We exceeded our fundraising goal and that means we got to Pie teachers in the face! Second grade won the Coin Wars so they got to pie the teachers this afternoon. The whole school was excited to watch the action.

The PTA/PTOs in the Pullman school district will be having a social hour at the Birch and Barley this Friday. Please come and say hi and join us as we connect with other schools before the end of the school year.

We will be having a blood drive next Wednesday at the Pullman Parks and Rec building to help Franklin Elementary get closer to receiving a STEM Grant from Vitalant. We will need at least 30 donors, so share with your friends and family. It’s a great opportunity to help those in need!

Our last PTA meeting is tomorrow! Even if you haven’t made it to a meeting this year, this is a great one to go to. The teachers will be providing treats and it’s going to be a celebration of the year! Also, our new principal Mr. grow will be there to meeting everyone. You won’t want to miss it!

Congratulations to Franklin Elementary, Lincoln Middle School, and Sunnyside Elementary for being recognized by the Washington School Recognition Program for outstanding performance during the 2024–2025 school year! 🎉

Franklin Elementary was recognized for achievement in ELA, Math, and Attendance Rate. Lincoln Middle School was recognized for growth among students in one or more racial or ethnic groups. Sunnyside Elementary was recognized for growth among students in one or more racial or ethnic groups and low-income students.

This recognition is a tremendous accomplishment, with only 16% of schools statewide earning this honor. We are incredibly proud of our students, staff, families, and school communities whose hard work and dedication made this possible. 💙
