WSU student Zhipeng Li has been selected as the recipient of the Perteet Engineering Graduate Fellowship in Civil Engineering. This award recognizes students who have demonstrated academic success. The Perteet Engineering Graduate Fellowship in Civil Engineering has been established in order to recognize the distinguished career of Richard L. (Rich) Perteet who served as President and Chairman of the Board of the consulting engineering company he founded in 1988. Congratulations Zhipeng!
