Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an intensive leadership experience organized by Rotary clubs and districts where you develop your skills as a leader while having fun and making connections. Through outdoor experiential learning and interactive educational experiences, they offer high school students an opportunity to learn and grow as leaders—at no cost to the student!
