(basketball) are representing the district and their respective schools -- and supporting each other -- at the 70th annual Colorado High School Coaches Association All-State Games on the campus of the University of Northern Colorado.

The C**t Nation Marching Band is preparing for an exciting year, and we're looking for parents who want to make a difference in our music program.

Class of 2026 member and record-setting receiver Jake P. has been selected to participate in the 70th Annual Colorado High School Coaches Association All-State Football Game at the University of Northern Colorado.

Jeff Wilkerson, who previously served as Dean of Students, will now oversee South's thriving sports programs as Athletics Director/Assistant Principal.

Mr. Wilkerson replaces Chris James, who retired this year.

SCHOLARSHIP RECIPIENT PROFILE
Aaron Cruz, Pueblo South High School, will use a Presidential Merit Scholarship, a First Generation Scholarship and the Jacqueline Hirsch Scholarship to attend Colorado State University Pueblo to pursue a degree in Social Work with a goal to become a hospice care social worker.

“My high school experience has prepared me for this next step by giving me teachers and counselors who are extremely helpful,” Aaron said. “Mrs. Olsen and Ms.Thomson made an immense impact on my high school experience by creating a positive environment and always pushing me to do my best.”
