🌟 Good Morning Franklin Families! 🌟

We are excited to announce that we are a Performance School once again according to the state of Colorado School Performance Framework! This is our 5th straight year. We are so proud of our Bobcats.

We have had an attendance rate of 92.37 % for our school! This is great news for us. Our attendance rate has increased from last year and we continue to increase!

We have a Spirit Week this week to celebrate Bell Week! Please see the attached flyer.

Please join us for Family Night at the Zoo on Thursday 9/10 at 4:30. It is a free event and you are welcome to bring your entire family! We have a scavenger hunt and some prizes for our Bobcats. Please come and have a roaring good time!

As a reminder, please do not allow your child to bring their squisheys to school. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We will ask them to keep them in their backpack.

We also have our Fall Fundraiser coming up starting on 9/17. We will once again sell World’s Finest Chocolate. We use this fundraiser to help us raise funds for student activities, field trips, and our school store. We will send out a flyer so you can see the cool prizes students can win.

👑✨ A Royal Picnic! ✨👑

Our 2nd graders wrapped up CKLA Unit 1: Fairy Tales and Tall Tales with a magical end-of-unit culmination activity fit for royalty! 🏰📚

Our royal guests enjoyed a picnic complete with magical mermaid juice that gave them super powers and a delicious enchanted fruit salad that may or may not have made our students turn tiny! 🧜‍♀️ They had to wait and see! 😂

A royal fun time was had by all! 👑✨

A special thank you to Mrs. Atwater, Ms. Kroll, and Mrs. Trimble for creating such a fun and memorable way for our students to celebrate their learning! 💚💛

We are incredibly proud to announce that Franklin School of Innovation has once again earned a PERFORMANCE rating! 💚💛

🚗 IMPORTANT DROP-OFF and PICKUP REMINDER

Please make sure you are using the correct drop-off loop for your child’s grade level. This will help us keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.

🚗 DROP-OFF 7:40- School starts at 7:45
🟢 Grades K–2 Students → Drop off in the FRONT of the school
🔵 Grades 3–5 Students → Drop off on BACKSIDE of the school

🚗 PICK-UP — 3:05 PM
🟢 Grades K–2 → Pick up in the FRONT of the school
🔵 Grades 3–5 → Pick up in the BACK of the school

We are beginning to check out AR Books! Please make sure your Bobcat reads every night! It is so important. It builds vocabulary, improves fluency, and boosts comprehension!

We will be having a Secure Perimeter Drill this Wednesday. We complete several drills in the first quarter of the year.

🌟 Good Afternoon, Franklin Families! 🌟

Thank you for an amazing first week of school! We are so excited to officially launch the school year!

🌟 FRANKLIN OPEN HOUSE 🌟
📅 Thursday, August 27
⏰ 4:30–6:00 PM

We can't wait to welcome our Franklin families back into the building! Come meet your child's teacher, visit classrooms, and see all the exciting things happening at Franklin School of Innovation. 🚀💚💛

⏰ School begins at 7:45 AM.
Staff will be outside beginning at 7:35 AM, and doors will open at 7:40. Please do not leave students unattended before staff are outside.

🚗 IMPORTANT DROP-OFF REMINDER
Please remember:

🟢 Grades K–2 Students → Drop off in the FRONT of the school
🔵 Grades 3–5 Students → Drop off on BACKSIDE of the school

🚗 PICK-UP — 3:05 PM

If an older sibling needs to go to the front to meet a younger sibling, please let your child’s teacher know through Dojo.

Walk-Up Pick-Up
Families who walk up to pick up students, you will still need your Driveline number. Please give your number to the staff member in the yellow vest and wait in the designated Purple Area. Do not the block the door where children are walking out.
