☀️ **EXTREME HEAT ADVISORY** ☀️

Pueblo is expected to experience temperatures 90-100°F throughout the week. At AIMigo Home Health, the health and safety of our clients, caregivers, and community remain our top priority.

🌡️ **Please take a few extra precautions during this extreme heat:**
💧 Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
🏠 Stay in air-conditioned spaces whenever possible.
👕 Wear lightweight, light-colored clothing.
🌳 Limit outdoor activities during the hottest hours of the day.
❤️ Check in on elderly family members, neighbors, and anyone who may be vulnerable to the heat.

⚠️ **Know the warning signs of heat-related illness:**
• Heavy sweating
• Dizziness or fainting
• Nausea
• Muscle cramps
• Confusion
• A body temperature of 103°F or higher

If someone shows signs of **heat stroke**, call **911 immediately**. Heat stroke is a medical emergency.

Our caregivers are working hard to care for our community during this heat wave. Please be patient, stay hydrated, and remember that even small acts of kindness—like checking on a neighbor or offering a bottle of water—can make a big difference.

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day from all of us at AIM4Colorado 🇺🇸

Today we celebrate the blessings of freedom, the sacrifices of those who have served our country, and the incredible strength of the communities that make Colorado home.

This Fourth of July feels a little different for many families. As wildfires continue to impact our beautiful state, we know there are neighbors who are grieving the loss of homes, treasured memories, and a sense of security. To every family affected, to the brave firefighters and first responders working tirelessly, and to the volunteers helping wherever they can—please know that you are in our hearts.

At AIM, we believe that caring for others extends far beyond the walls of a home. It means standing beside our community in moments of celebration and in moments of hardship.

Today, we lift up our prayers for healing, protection, and hope for every community affected by the fires. May brighter days be ahead for Colorado, and may we continue to support one another with compassion, kindness, and strength.
