Scope of Work – The contractor shall provide and install breathing air compressor for the current SCBA bottle fill station. Provide unscheduled maintenance and repair and initial user level operation and maintenance training.
Schedule (Performance Objectives):
Breathing Air Compressor must be compatible with Scott’s Safety Revolve Air Change Station
1) Breathing Air Compressor size not to exceed overall dimensions of L55” x W35” x H70”
2) Must have 6000 psig working pressure and a minimum charging rate of 13.0 CFM.
3) Must have CO and H2S monitoring system with audible alarm.
4) Must have a touchscreen display.
5) Noise shall not exceed 72 DB at one meter
6) Must meet the following electrical requirements
a. 208 three phase electric
b. 65 amps
7) Must be able to support unscheduled warranty maintenance within 24-48 hours after notification of service.
a. Must include Factory warranty consisting of at least the following.
i. Manufactured compressors, compressor systems and accessory equipment are warrantied for twenty-four (24) months from date of equipment installation and acceptance.
8) Must include installation. Must include installation. All installation and cleanup activities and end user training must be completed within one 40-hour work week Tuesday-Friday between 0800-1700 hours.
9) Pricing must include freight and shipping.
10) Must include 1-day user level operation and maintenance training.
