Good Afternoon Belmont Rattler Families,

As we close out another wonderful school year, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your support, partnership, and commitment to our school community. Together, we celebrated accomplishments, overcame challenges, created lasting memories, and most importantly, helped our students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

Summer is a time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the people who matter most. I encourage you to spend time with family and friends, make wonderful memories, explore new adventures, and have some fun! While you're enjoying your summer, please remember to take advantage of the many summer reading opportunities available through our local libraries and community programs. Just a few minutes of reading each day can make a tremendous difference in helping students maintain and strengthen their skills.

As we look ahead to next year, we are excited to announce our 2026-2027 school theme: "Surfing Into Success—One Wave at a Time!" Our Hawaiian-inspired theme reminds us that success is a journey, and every step forward matters. Most importantly, it reflects the spirit of Ohana—family. At Belmont, we believe that Belmont is One Ohana, where students, families, staff, and community members support one another and grow together.

To our students who are moving on to middle school and to those families beginning new adventures elsewhere, we wish you nothing but success, happiness, and wonderful opportunities ahead. Once a Rattler, always a Rattler! Thank you for being a part of the Belmont family. We will miss you and are cheering you on as you take your next steps.

We can't wait to welcome everyone back in the fall as we ride the waves of learning, leadership, and success together. Until then, have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer!

What a fantastic Field Day! ☀️🎉

A special thank you to Mr. Latino and DJ JJ Valentine for making today so much fun and keeping everyone entertained throughout the day. Your energy, enthusiasm, and sense of fun helped create an unforgettable experience for our students!

A huge thank you to Skate City and the YMCA for coming out to support our Field Day and helping make the day even more special for our students. We appreciate your partnership and commitment to our school community.

Thank you as well to all of our Belmont families who came out to support and participate in the festivities. We love seeing our school community come together to make lasting memories for our students.

Today, our 5th graders took on the Belmont staff in the annual Kickball Game. There were plenty of laughs, great plays, and unforgettable memories made by everyone involved.

A special thank you to Mr. Latino and DJ JJ Valentine for keeping the crowd entertained all game long. Their hilarious commentary, play-by-play announcements, and good-natured humor made the event even more memorable!

Officially, they called the game a tie… but if you were there, you know who really won! 😉🏆

🌴🕶️ Belmont Rattlers were ready for vacation today as we celebrated our Tourist/Vacation Spirit Day! From Hawaiian shirts and sunglasses to beach hats and vacation gear, our students and staff brought lots of fun and creativity to school.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make today a great way to celebrate the final week of school. We loved seeing all of our little tourists dreaming about their summer adventures! ☀️✈️🏖️
