My heart is full of gratitude today... 💚
As we take a few steps off the Yellow Brick Road, I'm finding myself reflecting on this incredible journey.
To every talented young performer who became part of our Pueblo Summer Musical family for this adventure to Oz—thank you. Some of you have been with me and the A-Team since we first dove under the sea with Ariel and friends four summers ago. Watching you grow, take risks, and discover what's been inside you all along has been one of the greatest joys of this journey.
To my A-Team—those who have been beside me from the very beginning and those who have joined us along the way—you are my courage, my heart, and my wisdom. You inspire me, challenge me, encourage me, and remind me every day that none of us can create magic alone. I know this for certain...we are always better together.
To a community that has embraced and supported this treasured Pueblo tradition—not just this year, but for 66 incredible years—thank you. Your generosity ensures that this experience continues to change lives and provide opportunities for the next generation of performers, artists, and dreamers.

To those who came before me—thank you for your vision, your devotion to young people, and your commitment to preserving the legacy that has become the Pueblo Summer Musical. We simply have the privilege of adding another chapter to a remarkable story.
To our new friends at Pueblo Memorial Hall—we knew we would have to raise our game in this beautiful new home. What we didn't know was how warmly you would welcome us and lift us higher than we ever imagined. Thank you for helping make our first production there one we'll never forget.
And to everyone who helped bring this production from the pictures in my imagination to the stage in front of thousands—thank you. Every costume, every set piece, every light cue, every note, every dance step, every volunteer, every helping hand made this curtain call possible. A special thank you to Paul Macias for arranging and putting to paper the curtain call that was in my mind—the ending this company deserved! It was spectacular and I teared up every time I heard it on the stage!
As Dorothy reminds us, there's no place like home. For a few magical weeks each summer, this company becomes exactly that—a home where friendships are made, confidence is discovered, and dreams are given room to grow.
I'm already missing all of you.
