PUEBLO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OFFERING SCHOOL SPORTS PHYSICALS - All middle and high school student athletes are required to have a sports physical for the upcoming season. Pueblo Community Health Center will be offering sports physical exams July 14 - August 10, by appointment only.

D70 Summer Lunch Program starts on ✨Wednesday, 6/3✨ for the following locations:
• Avondale
• Liberty Point International
• Prairie Winds Elementary
• Vineland Middle School

It will run Monday - Friday, 12PM - 1PM

Breakfast and lunch bundles will be offered starting ✨Monday, 6/8✨ at Craver Middle School. Food bundles can be picked up on Mondays and Wednesdays, 11:00PM - 12:30PM.

Dear Parent/Guardian,

This is a reminder to pick up any remaining medication that your student may have in the school office by the last day of school- Thursday, May 28, 2026.

Medication may not be sent home with the students and must be picked up by the parent/guardian.

Medication remaining at the school will be thrown away at the end of the school day on May 28, 2026.
