This beautiful sunset accompanied me on my home this evening. The first day of 22-23 sports season in the books. No injuries. And over 10k steps. I'm tired but it's a great tired. I am so happy to be back with my athletes!

Wow! This article had nothing to do with lacrosse, so if you are unfamiliar with the sport, read it anyway. If you are a parent of an athlete, read it. If you are a coach, read it. If you are an athletic administrator, athletic trainer, personal trainer, sports journalist.....READ IT!!
