Out of the closet as a BYU fan, and it feels so good 🥰

This ended up getting all switched around for us this year as both of mine (pictured on the far right) expressed a desire to attend public school.

This was not an unfamiliar situation, just one that I was ill prepared for. I’m realizing that sometimes life comes at us like that.

They were actually both in public schools earlier in their childhoods while I worked on healing

So I think they’ll be OK. There will be the regular situations, opportunities, and challenges that occur in schools. But these kids are equipped with spiritual gifts, academic intelligence, social finesse and emotional awareness. ♥️

We will roll with it this year, but my mama heart will always prefer home education.
Also, note to school: Don’t be shocked if their attendance is not 100%.
