🧡Birth partners squeezed the birthing students arm during hypnosis as they created and tested Hypno-anesthesia. Which means they can direct Hypno-anesthesia to any part of their body where they need it to experience normal birthing sensations as merely pressure instead of discomfort or pain. 🤯 Our mind is so powerful!
