💡 Real business challenges. Real student solutions.
Through BYU Marriott's On-Campus Internship (OCI) program, a team of students partnered with General Mills last year to give Fruit Gushers a new burst of ideas.
Projects like these give students the opportunity to apply what they're learning in the classroom while helping organizations tackle meaningful business challenges. OCI teams work with companies throughout the semester to deliver free professional-level solutions and recommendations.
Are you an alum or business leader looking for a fresh perspective on a business problem? Visit BYU Marriott OCI Program to learn how your organization can sponsor a project.

"It's a life-changing experience to learn business with a Christlike leadership perspective. It's not just about how successful I can be in my career, but about the person I want to become," says Millie Rapp, a 2022 BYU Marriott MBA alumna.
Millie came to the program as a chemical engineer and single mom of two, looking for a fresh start. She left with a new career in strategy and then product management at Nursa—a healthcare staffing startup—and a deeper sense of who she wants to be.
Her story is one of curiosity, resilience, and the kind of growth that happens when professional development and personal values go hand in hand.
