Y-Sport: Disciple Athletes is a three-day camp at BYU designed for young athletes who want to be excellent, not just in their sport, but in their life. Every athlete faces obstacles and questions of self-worth. Y-Sport addresses these struggles through an intentional integration of gospel principles and sport psychology, helping athletes learn how to bring their faith into their sport, shaping how they think, compete, and respond under pressure.
The camp features small group mentoring, hands-on sport labs, inspiring talks, devotionals, and a keynote from an elite athlete who models what it looks like to compete with both excellence and character. Athletes will also receive expert instruction in the exercise sciences including sports nutrition, biomechanics, and injury prevention, giving them the physical tools to train smarter, perform better, and take care of the bodies God gave them. Your athlete will leave with their faith strengthened and the resilience to face whatever comes next.
