Last night, BYU SHRM hosted an event discussing the SHRM-CP, how to study for it, and its advantages. Our event also included a fun interactive activity to get students practicing sample questions amongst themselves. Thank you so much to those who shared their SHRM-CP experience and we wish all the best to our students preparing to earn this certification!!

Last night, SHRM hosted an internship panel with some incredible seniors who shared their HR internship experiences. 💼 From internship search and applying to reflecting on learning experiences, the seniors shared wonderful advice and tips for SHRM attendees on navigating their own internship journeys. A huge thank you to our six panelists for your insights and time!!! 🎉

Last night, we had our HR Overview Event where students were able to “get the scoop” on HR! SHRM Attendees learned all about the different specialty roles available in the HR field, and the skills they will need to make them successful in their careers. Huge thank you to our four seniors who presented these HR topics! Shout out to our Kahoot winners too!!🎉

Last night’s opening social was a super fun way to kickoff the school year!! Making new friends is always a highlight of SHRM!🥳
