Hello friends,
It is going to be Chinese New Year soon! Eagle Public Library taped a Chinese New Year virtual class for kids with Little Panda. The class will be available for downloading on Eagle Public Library's FB page.
More exciting is that Eagle Public Library is going to provide all supplies for children to make their own DRAGON craft at their Library Curbside pickup! They will be offering kits (while supplies last) for kids starting Tuesday, February 16 at 9am. Patrons are to call or text 208-860-2044 to pick up a kit at curbside.
Kids can then follow along to do the craft with the class. The kit will include the dragon printout on cardstock, 2 dowels, red/orange construction paper.😉

Is there anyone interested in having a Wednesday morning Chinese class (preschool level)? We have a family who wants to start a new class, but we need at least three students to be enrolled. 😉
Moriah was our school's friend in the past years. We are so sorry to learn about the loss of her family. As a English/Spanish multilingual, Moriah was a pioneer in Chinese language teaching in Boise area, who actively organized Chinese language clubs and planned many Chinese culture related activities in our community. She was a truly incredible woman who has such an amazing effect on everyone who knew her.

The kids have had fun creating some animal crafts and learning about colors in Chinese in lots of fun ways! We’re grateful for our incredible staff!
