This week’s FFVP tasting is a colorful one! 🍇💜

Students will get to try mammoth green grapes (some nearly the size of a golf ball) along with fresh purple asparagus. It’s another chance for students to explore new flavors, textures, and fresh produce through Provo City School District’s Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program.

🍑🥕 Sweet, juicy, crisp, and crunchy!

This week’s Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program features peaches and mini carrots. Peaches are a stone fruit that have been enjoyed for thousands of years and are a good source of vitamins A and C, while mini carrots are actually made from full-size carrots that are cut, peeled, and shaped into smaller pieces.

We are excited to announce that our afterschool theater program will be performing The Little Mermaid this year! 🐠🦀✨

Students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade who are interested in joining the production are invited to participate!

📅 Mandatory Parent Meeting: Monday, August 24th
👨‍👩‍👧 A parent/guardian must attend for students who would like to participate.

We can’t wait for another amazing year of theater and a magical production! 🎶🧜‍♀️🌊

Our Kindergarten Summer Success Kits are coming home today! ☀️📚✏️

These kits are filled with fun ideas, activities, and supplies to help our kindergarteners keep practicing the important skills they learned this year. From reading and writing to counting and creativity, a little practice over the summer can make a big difference!

We are so proud of all the growth our students have made this year and can’t wait to see them continue learning all summer long. 💛
