In PE class, all Treeside students are learning about sportsmanship, cooperation, and teamwork. The older students’ goal is to get the ball all the way across a line and/ or around a full circle while working together as a team. The younger kids are doing something similar on a smaller scale by working in groups to focus on hand eye coordination and fine motor skills.

We love the tradition of reading buddies at Treeside! ❤️ A lot of learning is going on with our 1st and 5th grade students. Picture books and stories are educational for everyone!

So much fun!!! All Treeside students learn Spanish as a specialty. Daily Spanish language for students in 1st-6th grade- we call it Spanish Enhancement- is also taught at Treeside. 🌳

With the overcast ☁️ skies today, the pizza box ovens Mrs. Everett’s class made didn’t heat up as quickly. That is what science is all about- trial and error. The students aren’t too disappointed that they will try another day to make (and eat) their s’mores.

Today our kindergarten and 6th grade students participated in our annual Waldorf Rose Ceremony. This is a special tradition where the oldest grade students present a rose to our incoming kindergarteners to welcome them to the school and their learning journey.
